The TGWU 41st BDC, the Parliament of our great union, which was held at the Winter Gardens Blackpool, the week
kicked off with a Rally for the great Jack Jones and in rememberence
of another great man Ron Todd who sadly died earlier this year.
The 6/364 branch would like to thank Region 6 who hosted this historical BDC for a well organised and successful
week.

above is the commemorative plate released for the historical recalled BDC held at the ICC, Birmingham, on Tuesday
19th December 2006, where delegates voted unanimously in favor of the proposed merger with the Amicus Union.

The last BDC under the banner of TGWU which was held at Brighton from July 2nd-July 5th 2007 was another great success the
name may have changed but our values are the same. welcome to the TGWU region 6/364 section of UNITE the UNION.
